I'm on a nightshift so strictly speaking, I'll STILL be up in the morning!

I thought the same thing, but not because I stayed up late. I'm an early to bed early up sort of person. I couldn't be staying up on the Vine till 2 am! I nod off before the 10 pm news!

I'm an owl, it takes hubbie, a cup of tea, a wet dog and a crowbar to get me out of bed some mornings - a sort of carrot and stick approach I think....

I'm also rather proud to say I've been stopped smoking for 3 months now! Not helping my sleep patterns much but I doing good! Its very very hard somedays though

I wake up when it's light, and I don't close the curtains at night. I've been a slave to the alarm clock all my life until the last year

OH is still a townie underneath and can't have the curtains open incase someone looks in.....My nearest neighbour is a mile away, we have trees and hills allround and though the road is close you'd have to be in our garden stealing chooks to see in and the dogs would be going nuts! he won't even leave the blinds up in the back kitchen!
