Actually good old fashioned Radox muscle ease bubble bath is good. have sympathy as spent wednesday whimpering and rubbing my shoulder after sawing a load of timber to length on Tuesday.

That looks fantastic, you must be really pleased. Looks a lot more settled and organised than mine. We've been building it this weekend. I say 'we',my OH has been working on it all weekend- building it from scratch,( I've just been doing tacking) We're nearly there, just little things to finish, like a door, oh and a roof of some sort!

Like wise............no door or roof yet. It takes a long time to work out how to fit scrounged materials together!
