Seems to be settling in well, when I checked on them this evening, he was snuggled up inside with the Laydees, Aaaaah!

He was practising his crowing this morning - he's nearly got it!

He was supposed to be dinner, like his sibling, but RT said "He's just too pretty to eat!" and he was right!

The black feathers have a green sheen and the gold ones have a silvery sheen, so all in all he looks rather fab.

I suppose we could arrange for 'visiting' ladies, once he has matured.

He is a seriously beautiful bird,if not for the neighbours,i would have one in a flash..i think thats what i would call him "flash",he is really gorgeous,can you post a few snaps as you breed off him,would love to see the results...
