You can buy a kit to transform an insulated box into an incubator, costs a lot less than a ready-made one. The one I bought years ago was a thermostat/element that was mounted around just inside the box, you needed a weld-mesh 'base' in a polystyrene box of the right size, so the eggs would sit on the mesh above the bottom of the box. The eggs need turning manually, you need a really reliable thermometer, and it can be tricky getting the ventilation and humidity right.
That said, the one I made worked OK (about 70% hatch with turkey eggs)
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
