Can't get over how tiny they are! Mind you they are bantams so what do I expect! Have spent the evening surfing ebay for more eggs!

Suechix revisited

Thought you might like an update on our babies - now 4 weeks old. They have been joined by another 8 hatched yesterday! I'm really chuffed with them all! I must not go on ebay again...I must not go on ebay again....I must not go..........!

I'm pretty sure the Orpingtons are 2 of each - going on wing feathers early on, tail feathers at 3 weeks and behaviour. The new ones (Wyandottes and Speckled Sussex bantams) are only a day old so no ideas yet!

It is rather addictive isn't it?
My OH needs to register his car in France at a town which is near where we got our Marans eggs...it has already crossed my mind that we could just pop into the farm and buy 4 more eggs en route!!!
