Which blue eggs for hatching

Ho Hum, I was with this nicely till Bramble, thinking I had it all worked out...Then the rest of you joined in
HB, do you have that in numpty language please Actually after a read or two i did follow it, I think
Well I'll hatch both colours, mark them (thanks Richmond, such an obvious solution) and when theys old enough to lay see which lays what colour. If both lots lay blue, then the cockeral will be the link, if blue follows blue and green follows green then the hen has to have a say. Then follow Bramble and 'fix' the blue.
Except for one small hitch, Ive got two cockerals in the pen, so what if one carries blue and the other...
And I thought chickens were supposed to be easyAnyone who says nothing is impossible has never tried slamming a revolving door
