              Well done, mum to be
One advantage to auto-sexing breeds, as I already have two super CL roos any definate boys at hatch will become food for my next door stall holders snake (dead of course). Im bound to end up with boys from my other hatches anyway.

I know, that's why we chose to go down that route then we can disassociate ourselves from the roos, although for meat they aren't going to produce much...

Anyway, we turfed Cookie out this afternoon and boy can broodies do big poos, massive, we shovelled it up it was so big, she ate, drank and had a run around for about 5-10 minutes then found the Chookingham nest boxes so we turfed her back to Henby.

Looks like she had eaten from the nest box anyway as the food is accessible from the box and the bowl we are using for her water next to the food had bits of food in it.

I think she is going to make a nice little broody
