One of my hens has a sagging lower eyelid, the eye itself looks clear and bright but there are some clear bubbles under it. The hen seems normal and is laying well and her other eye is fine does anyone know what this is and what I should do?

VET! there is a chance that this is just an eye infection, but if there are bubbles it could indicate mycoplasma. you will need to get it treated ASAP as if it is mycoplasma it is contagious to all your birds.
Ask your vet for Tylan, its a yellowish powder that you disolve into the water at around a 1/2 tsp per gallon. You will need to treat all your birds for it as if one has it the others may be carrying it.
it is brought in by wild birds and rats etc visiting you so also attack the rats if yo uhave a problem.

HI all,
I've had a couple of birds have some sniffles, nothing to worry about as far as I could tell, and they have got over it. My henna, still hs a bit of a sneeze, but even she seems much better
Anyway, got there today as I've been away for the weekend and Roxy's eye was swollen and shut. I've checked for any visable sign of injury, doesnt look like anything has pecked her.
Now I read this and it says bubbles? her eye (only one), I've bathed it and it seemed to get better, but a she opened it, its alittle runny inside
could this be the same?

Could be, especially as you have another bird with sniffles (have just been reading your other post). Mycoplasma is very common, and most flocks get it from time to time. In bad cases culling is recommended but for mild outbreaks Tylan as BP suggests is the way to go. Do note there is egg/meat withdrawal with this antibiotic so you will not be able to eat the eggs for a week after treatment.
