helo,first time at incubation here,when candling eggs ,whats the safe amount of time to have them out of the incubator for?cheers..

No ideas- but my moms leave their eggs for about 1/2 hr - if that's anything to go by. I'd have thought though that the shorter the better

Each time you open the incubator it has to get itself back up to temp and humidity so its not just the time the eggs are out you need to take into account. Having said that I love candling and seeing the development so do it when I turn the eggs - not every time or every day
of course!
