But maternity is taken until the chicks are old enough to go into the real world. Koko is a Wheaten Maran she is a sweetie but when I separate Cookie at six weeks I'll be buying 3/4 POLs so Cookie will not go back into the main flock alone, by then I'm sure we'll get one of the others go broody too

I'm sure there will be many more broodies yet - think an extension to the maternity ward is required!!

She does, and so does her sister Atilla, the maternity wing is one whole stable extension not viable
