        well, if we all chip in, we could probably get a nice 110 acre farm for around 900,000 and then run it as a commune........

          110 acres plus farmhouse round here are about £300,000 depending on the state of the farmhouse!

            well here you go, chickie pictures. we have 13 hatched at the moment, 4 marsh daisy, 2 lavender leghorn, 5 barbu d'uccle, 1 lemon booted bantam and 1 dorking. The picture is of Marsh daisy Chicks

                  They'd take one look at us rabble and our chicken carriers at customs and turn us back.

                      We've got a Marsh Daisy, imaginatively called Daisy, but no cockerel. I think Our Daisy is probably from the same breeder, chap with lakes?

                      Daisy is beautiful and, if I were into showing, I think she'd be a winner. She's full of character too.
