How handy are you with wood working? Maybe you can possibly scrounge some wood from freecycle and make one?
If not, i'd go with Lettuce on this one, get a cheap shed from B&Q - small one's are just a fraction over £100 but they have a bike shed that is around the £80 mark.
Maybe trawl round some of the garden centre's and see if they have any damaged stock that you could possibly fix up. you can usually get these at the fraction of the original price.
Another option is an old dog kennel, not overly big but as with the bike shed, you can adapt it with some nest boxes.
Sorry just throwing ideas into the wind here, I did everything possible to get my run up and going. Got most of my wood, rabbit hutch and some mesh from freecycle, only thing I had to buy was the screws. Another friend of mine uses a 2 tier rabbit hutch for her girl's with a chainlink enclosure - again all courtesy of freecycle.
One last ditch attempt...
Maybe make a framework for the house out of pallets, this will give you plenty of floor space and the height, you would just need to fill in the gaps between the slats. You can ask around local supermarkets for those. But don't bother asking for the blue one's as apparently they are now allowed to offer them out.
Ok, that's it, i've stuck my 2 penny worth in and am gonna head off to the naughty corner.
