Been and bought some coxoid have not yet used it, lizzie has eaten today not as much as the others but after not eating for 2 days she seems ok a bit quiet but mixing with others. where the run is no chickens have ever been there, the house was previously used for chickens but not for nine months Ithen had it rebuilt and it was cleaned with ***** fluid, I poo pick every day and open the window for air flo also open the coup door with mesh panel.

I am thinking of using the coxide from tomorrow in the water as just in case any thoughts on this.

I did read that they don't always have blood in their poo.

I'd have thought if you treated one, you should really be treating the others at the same time????

Have you a chook vet nearby?

might be worth warm soaking her again seeing as she's not getting any worse??

Frustrating isn't it when you really want to help but not quite sure which way to go.
What does your lottie friend suggest??...at least he's seen her!

Just had a rapid Google - Wells Poultry recommend seeking diagnosis from vet before using Coxoid. Also treatment of ground. I don't dose my birds with anything unless I am 99 % certain of what I am dealing with. If in doubt I consult my vet.

At the end of the day it is up to you KK, they are your chickens.
