they eat EVERYBODY'S eggs! -
Yup, they eat their own if they can!
I have roll-away nest-box inserts, however, one or two of my 'Laydees' sit the wrong way round, and try to catch the eggs before they disappear. One, a little more determined, bounces on the side of the insert, so it tips and she can reach the eggs! I have to fix them in place now!
