They don't look like bronze!! but they are lovely - any more hatched?? Have they started eating? I see you have them on sawdust but for the first week I think it is safer to put them on old tea towels and sprinkle your crumbs around the floor, this encourages them to eat.

I think they are harder than chickens but worth the trouble! Just make sure they are eating. I often feed hard boiled egg to start mixed in with crumb. They go for the yellow! I also put coloured glass chips in thier water which encourages then to peck (it's always worked for me!). Make sure you are using turkey starter crumb - they need the extra protein. I often dissolve a little sugar in the water to start. Good luck, any more pics??

Wow, i've never seen a turkey chick before. They are very cute... would love to see more pics as they grow.
can't give you any advice on them thos, only that u really need some kind of sauce with them at xmas, cos they are ever so dry (my mum cremates everything she cooks might have something to do with it tho )

Turkeys are keener on dieing than chooks. Give them a tiny excuse and they will die. The last time I saw bronze poults (at least 25 years ago) they were actually bronze x white, but those were sort of stripey, coffee-and-cream.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
