I bought 25Kg from Ebay, for £27.50, but I notice today that the seller has now listed it at £52 for the same amount.

My local stockist also sells SMITE in concentrated form, with a pump dispenser. You mix it with water in one of those hand pump sprayers, and spray it everywhere. Like Nicos, I'm waiting for my first 'invasion' and keeping fingers firmly crossed that it doesn't happen any time soon. Re-locating thirty four birds isn't an easy option, so we're going for the 'prevention is better...' approach, and spraying like mad!

Where is your local stockist G4?
Ours sell Poultry Shield and that's it.
I don't know which bit of Esex you're from so it may still be too far to travel just for mite stuff.

For those interested I go to Poole Farm Animal Feeds in Great Yeldham near Halstead.

They don't have a website. But they do stock Feed for Horses, Dogs, Cats, Chickens, Geese, Wabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters.... Horse bedding and Hay. Chook sundries; feeders, waterers, heat lamps, grit, egg boxes, wormers... Dog beds and collars, cat beds, brushes, Horse rugs, Leccy fencing, Dog, Cat and Horse wormers, Forks, Brooms, Buckets, Rodenticide... Bla bla bla

Got brain-ache now, and no, I'm not on commission! LOL
