    Hi All

I subscribe to smallholder magazine as well as GYO (God knows why I only have an allotment with a few chickens and a couple of geese) there is a small article on a new website called Home - The Chicken Vet - Home of the healthy chickens this website gives a lot of general information about poultry ailments and also if needs be reccomends poultry vets. It does come with a subscription fee but I worry if the chucks aren't running fast enough just thought others my find it of use. If the more experianced keepers think it's poor be good to hear why before I subscribe

    Thanks all

    Dan

Funnily enough I came on line to post this link to an article in our local paper and found you'd already beaten me to it Dan!

I'll post it anyway in case anyone wants to read the article!

THE growing popularity of keeping chickens at home has prompted the launch of a new venture by a Devon veterinary practice.
Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!

Just had a quick flick and looks good to me.

Might add, a good source of info on chook illness is the book Diseases of Free Range Poultry by Victoria Roberts.
