Looking good G4. That looks like at least two hatched, by the shells, and the yellow one looks fluffy so has been off a while. I'd risk a lift up in the morning and see what you have. Stretch her wings out first either side so you don't accidentally trap a chick when you lift her off.

You're as impatient as me RH! I'll start a separate thread, rather than clog up this one...

Sorry, Sheena, already started Glutton's a Granny! LOL

That way I can keep tabs on their progress more easily too!

Well by my guesstimation day 21 was yesterday!
No sign of any babies yet, but one of the eggs had sprung a leak when I turned up the humidity. I thought I would leave it to see what progess' and so far so good, nothing untoward as yet.

                I hate this waiting game!

Curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to pip the egg that had been leaking... which was still leaking slowly.

Wish I hadn't, it popped when the shell cracked and stank to high heaven.
If these eggs don't produce anything this time, i'm not gonna bother trying again until I got a better incy or even better wait for a broody.

Oh dear what a shame! Broodies aren't foolproof but they do seem (generally) a lot less bother than an incubator......

Yet another 2 days (Day 24) and still nothing... I think I might have another leaking egg too, so it's not looking good.
