chickens not kept well ....advice please

My Chook run stinks in the hot weather. Then it rains!

Lets face it our ladies do mess an awsful lot but as long as we clean up after them there isn't a problem. The recent heavy rains been a nightmare but my chooks are still sparkly eyed and full of mischieviousness although there run is now probably like the grounds of the Reading Festival!
