they are about half size and dark brown, if a thirs comes in tomorrow I will have an omlette for elevenses.

Aaaawwwww - congratulations.
The joy of receiving eggs does not diminish as time goes on. I've had Chooks for nearly two years now, and each and every egg brings a smile to my face!

They don't take long to get bigger either. Our eggs were a decent size after about 3 months. You won't believe the flavour though! Congratulations to those chickens.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
