It could be coccidiosis. Bloody poo is often a symptom. Also ruffled up feathers. Coxoid (also used for pigeons) can be bought in the uk over the counter at agricultural stores tho' not sure in France. I would make sure it is coxoid before treating as the whole flock will need treatment. Are they young birds?

I have just seen your other post about sneezing - so I would just keep your eyes peeled for anything unusual.
There aren't many obvious symtoms of cocci - and the symtoms can also found in other conditions. Although I have read that you have introduced some young chickens recently so I would look for:
          Runny poo with blood present.
          Ruffled feathers
Hunched body with tail down/ Droopy.
          Loss of appetite.

It's not often seen in older birds but if they have started to lay they will slow down.
