I too tend to use Smallholders but when I have had the occasional Farmgate I haven't had any problems (pellets this is not mash). I guess prices and quality varies according to what you are willing to pay.

i have PM'd you about the feeds.....
as for shirley the pig, she hasnt done much apart from turn the stable upside down. i think it was a false alarm, but when she laid down today i could see a lot of little trotters pushing about in her tummy so they cant be far away!Last edited by Bramble-Poultry; 30-01-2011, 07:55 PM.

Just spoken with Cornwall farmers and they say that my bag is normal, but they will exchange it if I bring it down. Its never been as light in colour and powdery as this bag is
I shall look to get the smallholders layers mash as I prefer the quality, just its special order.
