      Same with mine - its only since she became broody I have managed to catch her and check and dust her properly. Can't even sneak up at night!!

          There was I moaning cos I had eggs coming out of my ears when
          I realised that two of my wyandottes were sharing sitting duties on I don't know how many eggs (cos they are both firmly welded and I'm leaving them to it)
          And now my cochin has sat determind ly for a few days sp I'm going to be mean, pinch the ones she's sat on and insert some of my precious silver sussex and barred wyandotte eggs under her.
          Anyone who says nothing is impossible has never tried slamming a revolving door
