my quail hatched yesterday and are still in the incubator atm so they are moving into the brooder this morning i am using the brinsea eco glow 20 but it dosent seem that warm (this is my first hatch )

Have you got a thermometer so you can actually see what temperature the brooder is? You will see by the chicks' behaviour if they are too cold by being bunched up instead of spread out. Chicken chicks shout a lot when they are distressed, ie too cold, too hot, hungry, thirsty etc but I'm not sure what quail do as I've never hatched them.
