As some of you will know, Mme P is in the process of installing herself properly chez moi. One bit of the move involved her chooks and ducks. Catching ducks????? Not easy. She managed when I was away to catch a mummy and her 8 little ducklings though. They were kept in a rabbit cage for a week till I got home, so as soon as I got back, I knocked them up a little house by the pond and we bought them across.
There are very few sites cuter than seeing mummy leaving her house with her 8 little ones line astern behind her heading onto the pond, I've found myself leaving the house just to sneak round to the pond bit to try and see the new family.
Now just need a recipe for Hoy Sin sauce!
