    If I gave those to mine the dry mash would be all over the run! Tried a coop cup for a youngster that was too shy to go to main feeders and ALL the others wanted to feed from it!

      After much trial and error the best water vessels we have discovered are the flexible horse feed trugs. Not so shallow they dig dirt in, not so deep they can drown, easy to clean, flexible so you can remove ice effortlessly in winter. For feed I use seed tray without holes in the bottom. Grit goes in seed trays with holes in the bottom.
