Coupled with your other thread - an attack that has sent all of them into shock maybe!?! Not sure but I hope Suechooks or Richmondhens sees this.

The pekins seem to be perking up, they certainly feel warmer. I have bought them in a box so they are in the dark and warm.

The sebrights are now under a heat lamp in a box with a towel over for a little while, 2 of them are still laying down with their eyes closed but are still making small leg movements, the other 2 are still standing but not moving making purring noises.

I would keep them them warm , in a ventilated quiet place eg sat in a dog cage on a towel, in reach of water and mash, the cage covered over with a white sheet. Good luck.

Have you got space indoors for them or secure shed/outbuilding?Advice found is to keep them warm and quiet, away from area of attack. Lots of liquid. How about watery porridge. They may not eat much according to the websites. I would take the hen with eye problem straight to vets or at least isolated.

Have they been poisoned by something Munch?
Its unusual for so many to go down so quickly I would think.....

It's certainly very strange. I would say you're right to keep them warm. It's usually the treatment for shock in humans anyway. Chickens should have a higher temperature than humans, 40 (Ithink)

I know they are in a completely enclused run, They are fed on growers pellets as they are only 12 weeks old. Their combs are all still red!

All the rest of the flock of layers and meat all seem to be fine.

There is, how on earth I dont know as we creosoted the coop about a month ago, some redmite in their coop, but again I would expect them to go down hill so quickly from that.

There are loads of feather all around their enclosure and the coop they would have been taken from is only feet away for the bantams coop.

Well, good luck, I'm glad they are warming up. Someone recommended Nutridrops. I know they are shocked and not poorly, but I wonder if it might help..?...or electrolyte solution......

Electrolytes or Bach Rescue Remedy is what I read. I wouldn't advocate using it until one of the more experienced chook keepers is on and confirms though. Have you PMd them as that pings me an email?
Foamy eye has also brought up Mycoplasma online. Not that I want to alarm you. Were they in with the headless one you found?

They were in a separate run which is within the main enclosure where the others were killed.
