Just picked up 5 more hybrids.. a warren, white star (leghorn hybrid), bluebell (absolutely massive... almost as large as my old magpie was and is only 16 weeks) - best not be a boy!, black marans, another cotswold legbar.
My solo bird now seems to have perked up and I know it's very early days, but she went straight over to the newbies to have a look. She laid a soft egg yesterday (as well as a normal one), turned around and ate it Hope she's not going to start eating them.
I'm hoping as they were all in the same box on the way home, and there's another bird that looks like my original cotswold legbar that she'll integrate reasonably quick, but we'll see.
Pics to follow later on when they've settled down a bit.
