Hi all again, I have just brought the covatutto 16 inci and set it up this morning. It has been running a few hours now empty but the temperature gets to 103f. Surely that is going to be too hot. I have tried unscrewing the little pin on the size that is to decrease heat but Its still staying between 102-103. Does anyone know about these or have 1. Should the screw keep turning or should there be a stop point to it?.As this 1 just keeps screwing, n I don't want to do it much more In case it breaks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again

Hmm, no idea. If they have a helpline I'd try that. The folk I tried for my humidity meter were very helpful.... -
I've not come across a stop point on mine - but it does take at least a full rotation to have an effect on the thermostat. I don't think you'll do any damage by continuing to turn in order to get the temp down.Comment
