Chicken Ark

Does anyone have a plan for a chicken ark for a non chicken minded friend of mine to follow? He can make/build anything but has no idea of a chickens needs!
It will need to accomadate two Maran hens and a bantam cockerel(does anyone want "Sid Vicious" and he is!!! No,I thought not!.)

Many thanks,at the moment,led by the dreadful Sid,they are more or less free-ranging over my garden everything is covered with netting,old aviary panels etc. and I get my legs attacked every time I go into the garden!!I should lop his old head off really but I am quite fond of the old devil.
