  • Sleepy chicken

I have a serama girlie around 18 months old, as soon as she's out of the coop she fluffs up her feathers and goes to sleep, she might wake up for a peck round then back to sleep.
She been like this for a few days, nice red comb still, no mites, not egg bound, no sign of cold.
I have been given her some Tylan by syringe just in case.

She now indoors next to the radiator for the last two days

    Any ideas
    Thanks

All I know about chickens could fit on the back of a postage stamp, have a look at these though, you might find something.

I was advised Baycox Jim. Vets will run a poo sample.

Hmm, doesn't sound good. Most chickens pretend they are well even when they're not, to stop the others going for them. Hope you get to the bottom of it! Good luck.
