Getting coop and run sent soon. Run pitched wired roof would covering with plastic corrugated sheeting help keep girls and food dry? Is this a good idea or not?

A covered run is a good idea if you are likely to get a lot of rain. Make sure there is plenty of space though. You will find the runs that come with ready made houses are simply not big enough so I hope you plan to make a larger area for them, or let them free range. -
