Any ideas on the sex or breed of these , they are a week and 3 days old

Nope, could be anything! Are they supposed to be pure breeds or crosses? Where did the eggs come from? There are so many breeds out there and chicks of one breed can look just like chicks of another unless you know what the parents were.
And they are too young to sex at the moment. At 4 weeks you will have a better idea, with the combs on the cockerels being more developed than the pullets.
