I have 59 quial eggs on the go in the incubator right now. Hopefully in 2 weeks will have live chicks. Now I need to sort out the rearing brooder. Can someone recommend what to get for them.

Is this your first time hatching anything? I' only keep chickens and turkeys, never quail although my brother used to keep them. Cannibals! They will eat each other if over crowded.
They will need to be kept in wired pen under heat for 3/4 weeks slowly decreasing until they have feathered up. Like turkey's ( as far as I can remember) they need a little help with finding food! Sprinkle it all over the floor to start, make sure they can't drown in their drinker, fill with pebbles if it's open. Best on game starter but I'm sure my brother sometimes started on Turkey starter if none available. Chicken stuff hasn't got enough protein. No more than one male to 3 girls or you may have a blood bath.
Not, huge help but someone else may be along who keep quails with a bit more info.

Yes, it's my first. Since to have sensible amount of eggs I intend to keep at least 40 quials I decided to try and incubate my own as can work out a lot cheaper then buying pol chicks. But also can be just waisted money, never mind it's an experience.
I read a lot about keeping them for eggs, and unfortunately its seems to be the battery style keeping is the way for them instead of free range like chickens. As much as I tried to find a solution free range does not seem practical in is case.
Yesterday I purchased brinsea ecoglow 50, as got no answers on this so just decided to bite the bullet and go for that instead.

Which type of quail are you hatching?
I recall a thread a while ago mentioning one type is more aggressive than another- and those boys can be very aggressive towards each other.
...just thought you may need to be aware
