    Hi Daisy
I'm glad your chook is better now. chickens have very very fast matabolisms so they go from being fine to really ill (or dead) really quickly. But in the same way they get better really quickly as well.
    Hope she remains well

      Hi Daisy,

Glad everything seems to be better, why they can't just all live in peace is beyond me! Hope Marge is behaving herself.

Thank you all. Baby chook is now fine, and sitting happily in the sun with her chum the Light Sussex baby and also the fully grown enormous Buff Orpington who Marge has picked on so much is now in the second chicken run with the babies, and they are following her around everywhere, so looks like I am now in competition with Terri to see who can have the most chook separate factions in their gardens!!!!!

Thank you all again for all your kind thoughts. I wont post on this one again, as she really does seem to have pulled through, will just continue now with the Marge v Queenie (buff orp) saga!!! xx

No competition - you can have the prize - honest!

Have decided to try and find a new home for Kiev and maybe get a legbar to get the blue eggs. As far as I can tell by reading legbars should be strong enough to tell blackie where to go.
