    Picked some up then?

Me, personally I don't call them anything - I think my kids have names for them but to be honest I'm not sure what they are, other than one - which is "blue egg". I don't want to get attached to them After I lost my last lot I didn't want to feel the same again!

I have a white star called flighty whitey as she is a bit bonkers, a light Sussex called lady Sussex because she walks round with her beak in the air and a black rock called Sirius as in Sirius black from the Harry potter films. Recently departed are a rescue hen called Harriet because it would be wrong to call a lady harry potter and a speckledy called loony because she was!

                    Milly, Tilly, Maggie and Alice.

And I have a budgie called Merlin because he appeared on our roof...then escaped a year later and a whole week after that he was found three miles away and returned to us. A suitable name for a appearing and disappearing budgie! lol
