  • Hens in the kitchen!

My feeble failed attempt at keeping the hens out of the kitchen! I ended up having to shut the door haha!

My sister-in-law rehoused her hens because they insisted on visiting her in her upstairs office to see if she had anything tasty to share.

Our chooks came in one day through a wombat hole under the fence. Unfortunately they now know where most of my garden is, and are jumping the fence......two kelpies on this side!

Sounds very dodgy for the chooks!

I was in bed the other morning and my son unknowingly let a hen into the kitchen and shut the door. So the hen wandered into my bedroom, stood on my brand new rug and said "whaaaaaa?" which was similar to my wail of horror as I leapt out of bed and shooed it back outside before my new rug was...um christened! haha!
