I appear to a have confused you again BM, Yorkshire Trading is the chain of shops that I bought the tank in. I don't know if trading standards was the route I want to go down, more that I just wanted to contact the company and ask them to change the wording so it doesn't look they are condoning keeping pets in there.

Your link was helpful though as I now have found the website I need to
    contact the company.

Far better than an "intelligent debate" Floyd,an intelligent discussion
He who smiles in the face of adversity, has already decided who to blame

Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity

He made no secret of the fact that my father and I, in his opinion, should be rammed into a tiny cage for the rest of our lives. It was quite intimidating to a 14 year old boy.
The point of this upload is that a few years later I happened to catch a news report on TV of him having his arse kicked and his tackle thrown in the river by a gang of "Fishing is barbaric" supporters. I have to admit it gave me great satisfaction. But more than that it illustrates how delicate the line (no pun intended) is regarding our perception of what is cruel.
Who knows in a few years time their will be a gardening is cruel and unnatural to plants movement ( if there isn't already.
Hmm I struggle with fishing as a sport although am fine with a lot more of it for food as at least there is a point to it. Not simple at all. However, most importantly, we're you friends with the son of J R Hartley?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
