My birds get outside leaves of kale/ cauliflower etc, plus beet tops, carrot tops, slugged and bolted lettuce, fat hen and dandelions... they get strawberry tops and cucumber and bits of tomato from the kitchen. But no "human food" at all. I have municipal food waste for that. I'm also not a fan of feeding "treats"- it will unbalance the diet. The only extras they get are slugs and spiders they find themselves on the forage.
