  • Call this a chicken?

Yesterday I received an early Birthday present, this little lady. She is terrified of the other hens and can't be left out in the rain or she finishes up looking like a wet feather duster! Now I am going to have to find some more tiny bantams to keep her company!

Sorry she doesn't stand on her head but I can't seem to make her stand on her feet.

I would be terrified if I couldn't see what was approaching!

Call her Aunt Augusta. She's a Lady Bracknell look-alike if ever I saw one. I can just hear her clucking..."A handbag?" in rich Edith Evans tones.

Well Bren sorted out the picture for me. Her name is Pupoule and she answers to it. Seems to be bi-lingual as she will respond to both French and English.

Might just have to make trip to the local Animalarie to see if they have some tiny it useless bantams. Where can I get egg cups small enough for the eggs?

You'll just have to have them fried.

I turn normal egg cups upside down for small eggs - they have a hole in the bottom just the right size .

Don't envy you trying to rub diatom into that crest, lol
