We seem to have had a load this past month. We back onto a barn that has animal feed in it. There's also a small pond so ideal place for rats to live. We are never truly rid of them, we just keep the numbers down. We keep the big cage traps down all the time, although we only catch young ones in them. Old rats are just too crafty.
