Scarlet, we moved their coop a few weeks ago. The top of the garden gets any sun, if it's shining it gets it. So we laboriously moved them there. Where they were, got none at all at this time of year. In summer we'll probably have to shade them from it, but I worried about them always in the shade. They love it now they're getting shined upon again.
You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...

I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

Can you mix another sack of layers pellets in with it - to thin out the corn a bit?
Mine have layer's pellets all day, and I have a small tub which is mostly pellets with some corn and oystershell mixed in, that I throw to them during the day, if I want them to come to me.
