Hybrid hens are bred to produce a huge number of eggs a year. They are classed as "spent" by egg producers as quality diminishes in years 2&3. Obviously this will vary between chickens though if you've just got the one out of 8 that has thin eggs I would suspect that you are doing everything you can and its just normal for her.
