Eggcellant news.
We have two hens laying (only got three and the light sussex, Molly, has been on strike for weeks), Hannah is one of them, she's laid eggs for the past 3 days AND they are a harder shell AND she hasn't attempted to eat them. We put the curtains across the nest box - Hannah ignored the nest box completely and laid in the bottom of the coop, we've been grinding up oyster grit and putting it on their food and we've given the odd saucer of milk - if they start meowing it's all your fault.
