  • Saying goodbye to my ladies

I have had my chickens for nearly 3 years now, and loved almost every moment of it. I have had my quails for about a year, very sadly we are having to come back to the UK for an indefinite amount of time due to health reasons. So i am put in a position were we have had to re-home them. But have been lucky enough to find someone very caring that won´t just send them to the pot. (well thats what they say )

I will get more in the future but these girls were my first and have had very good memories. So bye to my lovely ladies.
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them

    Awww Lisa!

That's really sad- but- glad you have found a good home for them.
Hope the 'health reasons' you are returning to the UK for are sorted quickly x

Its amazing how we become attached to our pets so quickly.
At least you got a good home for them.
Hope your'e health problems are sorted soon. ☺

I'm so sorry Lisa......hopefully you might find yourself in the position to give a loving home to some more when things get settled.

As others say, hard to have to do, but life throws different challenges at us at different times.. Hopefully, everything works out well for you and you have the opportunity to get some again in the near future..
I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
