What layers pellets do you use and why?

Just wondering what pellets you all use, I use I'Ansons layers mainly because its the only one farmers merchant stocks and he delivers for free.

I use whatever my local feed supplier stocks at the time.

Smallholders as I know it is safe for ducks.

Countrywide's own brand cos i can pick it up between work sites every couple of weeks and it's cheap!

I used whatever was available but then they got loads of veg, a good run around the garden grabbing all the nasty bugs and slugs, some sweetcorn before bed, they were better looked after than I am, and they followed me round all day, on the scrounge... they are not as daft as they make out they are..

I get whatever is on offer, supplemented with oatmeal mash and sunflower seed hearts

Farmgate............made locally............reasonably priced.........no genetically modified contents..........chooks like it!

so, no brand in perticular seems to be the consensus.

I thought here might have been a leading brand for whatever reason.
