  • Oldest chook?

I was looking at a piccie of our chooks yesterday and realised that our 2 cockerels are definitely 8 years old! ( I wasn't sure if they were 7or8)

so...I was wondering how old your oldest chooks are?...just out of interest.

My battery hen Alice was at least six when she was sadly snatched by a fox, she out lived my other three exbatt's and my friend's four exbatt's (we got them at the same time) and I'm quite sure would've kept on going had it not been for the fox so perhaps one of the oldest exbatt's.
