Design and costings for a self build standup run?

We're after a new, bigger run we can stand up in, as the birds move into the garden.

Saw some nice metal ones but £2-300 for 4x2 sort of size. I was wondering about self building especially as I'd like a fixed slipping roof with gutter to collect rain.

Wondering what the materials might cost. It's not a complicated project really, but a design would save some thinking and mistakes!

I have a couple of coops but our best "coop" is normal shed with a metal corrugated roof that worksreally well. Easy to clean out. I used an electric fence to surround it. It works really well for us. The fence can be moved about to give areas a rest! Letting them dig over empty areas during the winter and enable their summer patch to refresh a bit.
