Sin bin here we come
Have just been up to see what they are up to and both broody hens are in the nesting area and wont let the others in so it looks like they are going to have to go to the sin bin for a few days.
I have got a large dog crate so am planning to take the metal tray out of the bottom and put it on the top of the crate (in case it rains) and put them in there for a few days, obviously with food and water and a perch. Will place it next to the main house, under the trees.
I keep my girls behind an electric fence so they should be safe.
Is there anything else I need to think about?
