Where Can I Buy Rooting Hormone No.3 In The UK?

Could anyone suggest where I might be able to buy no.3 type rooting hormone in the UK, please? I have read that the “no.3” variety of rooting hormone is the most appropriate for use on hardwood cuttings from roses. My understanding is that this is the highest concentration rooting hormone. However, I have not been able to find any retail outlet for such in the UK? (There seem to be plenty in the US).
